THE THINKING BEHIND THE ANSWER

How this calculation works

Daily gross revenue is your input, not a network-derived quote. Uptime scales revenue and running electricity equally; standby power is excluded. Revenue and energy cost round once per calendar day before summing. Cooling, power tariffs, pool payout rules, difficulty, token prices, tax, repairs and resale can change results. A flat scenario is not a forecast or an investment recommendation.

Daily net revenue = gross full-uptime revenue × uptime × (1 − fee). Energy = running kW × 24 × uptime. Operating surplus = net revenue − energy cost − other daily costs.

Your calculation, step by step

  1. Scale gross revenue and running energy by uptime.
  2. Deduct revenue fees, round daily amounts, and subtract other daily costs.
  3. Sum the selected days and show equipment outlay separately.
A worked example

At full uptime, 3,000 W uses 72 kWh/day. At 0.10/kWh the power bill is 7.20/day, before cooling and other costs.
