Formulas and assumptions are part of the answer. Review them before relying on a result.

01 / PURPOSE

Tools for understanding and planning

UseCalculator provides mathematical tools and estimates for general information. Using a tool means working within the method, input requirements, and assumptions shown with it.

Calculators do not provide professional financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, engineering, or other regulated advice. A result does not create a professional relationship or replace a qualified review when your decision requires one.

02 / INPUTS & RESULTS

Check the details that change the answer

You are responsible for the values, units, dates, rates, and assumptions you enter. Check that they match the situation you are modeling, and verify important results independently.

Business and finance tools use simplified models. They do not determine payroll obligations, tax eligibility, future returns, or lender approval. Material estimates do not establish structural specifications. Shipping tools do not quote a carrier’s final charge or include every service rule, surcharge, or dimension-rounding convention.

Displayed results may be rounded. Real invoices, contracts, rates, product yields, and local rules can produce different outcomes. Use the relevant provider’s current information for a real transaction.

03 / CUSTOM TOOLS & RULE CONTEXT

A draft needs an informed review

The guided builder supports defined patterns and explicit formulas. It does not promise to understand every prompt. Check the interpretation, field definitions, units, formula, and expected examples before using a custom calculator. Passing a test or marking a draft personally reviewed does not constitute independent certification, professional approval, or proof that it fits every situation.

Display language is separate from jurisdiction, industry, currency, and effective date. A regional-rule example or a synthetic demonstration is not a determination of your obligations. Use only a rule set that explicitly covers the applicable context, and verify its source, dates, eligibility, and review status. Missing or ambiguous coverage should not be treated as permission to substitute a different rule.

04 / LOCAL WORK & CLOUD SETS

Choose where your work is saved

The original workspace, favorites, history, shipping profiles, project scenarios, locale preferences, and builder drafts use browser storage. They do not automatically become cloud records. Browser settings, storage limits, clearing site data, or a different site address can make those local records unavailable.

Where enabled, optional Google sign-in provides a private profile and explicitly saved cloud sets with version history. It is not required for ordinary calculators or local drafts. Where separately enabled, cloud snapshots are shared only through an explicit share action. Keep a portable export of important work. No existing records on another deployment are migrated or deleted here.

You control what you store and share and should have the right to use that content. Keep your Google account and signed-in browser secure. Signing out revokes this browser session; it does not delete your cloud records or sign you out of Google. The privacy page explains what is stored locally, optional identity and cloud storage, session expiry, and the controls and deletion limits that apply.

05 / SHARING & EXPORTS

Share the intended contents

Basic calculator and shipment links contain their included inputs in the URL and cannot be revoked. Where enabled, cloud snapshots contain the selected set version and can expire or be revoked. Anyone with an active snapshot link can read its included contents. Inspect the preview before creating or sharing a link.

Previously issued cloud links on another deployment are not migrated here. Exported files are separate copies under their recipient’s control.

When you share or embed a calculation, keep its units, context, authorship, and assumptions clear. Do not represent a personal custom tool as an officially reviewed regional rule or as professional advice.

06 / MEMBERSHIP PREVIEW

No paid purchase is active

The standard calculator collection is free. The membership page presents proposed launch prices and capabilities for product evaluation. Live purchases are not active. The approved pilot may see a clearly labeled Stripe test checkout for a payment rehearsal. Test payments do not collect real money or create a live paid membership. The preview does not create a commitment to supply future features.

A future paid launch would need its actual price, included capabilities, billing cadence, taxes, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. Export and deletion of your own work are not paid-only controls in the current product. No advertising scripts, active affiliate programs, or referral payouts operate in this release.

07 / USING THE SITE

Use the tools responsibly

Use the site in a lawful way. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions, distribute malicious content, or misrepresent someone else’s work or identity.

Links to external references help explain methods and conventions. Those services operate independently, and their own terms apply when you use them. Brand assets identify UseCalculator; using them does not create a partnership, certification, or endorsement.

08 / AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

A useful collection that can evolve

Features, formulas, presentation, allowances, and availability can change as the collection develops. Saved snapshots preserve their recorded contents, but a later calculator or rule version may produce a different result when run with new assumptions. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every result is suitable for every purpose.

These terms describe the version available as of the date above. Review the current terms, the saved version context, and each tool’s explanation when returning to an important calculation.
