GOOD WORK DESERVES A THOUGHTFUL PRICE.
Price the work.
See the possibilities.
Bring the time, costs, and “what ifs” together. Build a price that covers the work, compare two options, and leave with a useful summary.

A LITTLE “WHAT IF” GOES A LONG WAY
Two possibilities. A clearer decision.
Save the current worksheet as A, change your assumptions, and save B. Compare before you commit.
A
Scenario AReady for a possibility.
B
Scenario BReady for a possibility.
This is a project planning summary, not an invoice, a binding offer, or a tax determination. Confirm scope, costs, and applicable tax before sending a final quote.
THE THINKING BEHIND THE PRICE
Make room for the whole project.
A healthy price starts with everything the project costs you, including the parts that are easy to overlook.
- Add the work and its costs.Labor is billable hours multiplied by hourly cost. Add materials, subcontractors, and the overhead allocated to this project.
- Work backward from a margin.Price = total entered cost ÷ (1 − margin). At a 30% margin, 1,400 of costs needs a 2,000 price; adding 30% to cost would produce a different margin.
- Compare before you commit.Save one set of assumptions as A and another as B. Compare hours, cost, pre-tax price, profit, and the effective selling rate.
- Turn the numbers into a next step.Export or print the planning summary. Check the actual scope, currency, and local tax treatment before preparing a final client quote.
